Maybe I’m just a romantic sap, but I like the idea of Mitzi Perdue – widow of “Chicken Man” Frank Perdue (remember those oven-stuffer-roasters?!!!) is an artist. To be precise, an egg artist – she makes purses out of ostrich eggs!
